Week-by-Week Plan

Six weeks from outreach to production handoff and support.

W1 Mar 31 – Apr 4 Prep + Scheduling

We prepare the demo environment and reach out to schedule individual sessions with Julie, Jack, and Edwin for the following week.

W2 Apr 7 – 11 Live Demos — Julie, Jack + Edwin

Individual 30-minute live demo sessions with Julie, Jack, and Edwin. Each session includes a walkthrough of the tool, a live survey generation, and time for questions and feedback.

W3 Apr 14 – 18 Your Feedback in Action + Tool Access

We incorporate your feedback from the demo sessions and share the tool link so you can start using it independently. We’ll also confirm the production launch date and begin SSO coordination with ESPN IT.

W4 Apr 21 – 25 Independent Use + Launch Prep

Your team is using the tool and generating real surveys. We check in to address any questions, provision user accounts for the full research team, and finalize preparations for production launch.

W5 Apr 28 – May 2 Production Launch + Training

Production launch and a 30-minute team training session covering login, survey generation, conversational refinement, and export.

  • Email support with 24-hour response time
  • 30-day adoption review (June 2–6) — a check-in to review how the tool is working for the team
  • We will check in on how the tool is being used and identify any optimization opportunities
